Feasibility – Design – Project Management
GeoFlow Energy professionally manages the feasibility, design, and project management processes of renewable energy power plants with its strong engineering infrastructure and extensive academic and practical experience. Each project is approached with technical accuracy, sustainability, and an investor-focused perspective.
1. Feasibility Analysis (Technical & Financial Feasibility)
The most critical step in an investment is a proper feasibility study. GeoFlow conducts detailed technical and financial evaluations for all design alternatives.
Within this scope:
-
Production volume and investment cost are analyzed for all design options.
-
National and international financial parameters (rate of return, beta coefficient, risk premium, etc.) are incorporated into the model.
-
Project-specific financial feasibility is prepared.
-
IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and NPV (Net Present Value) are calculated and reported.
-
Sensitivity analyses are performed for different scenarios.
These studies provide the investor with a reliable, data-driven decision-making mechanism.
2. Design Selection and Efficiency Analysis
The power plant design is optimized by examining the topographic, geological, and meteorological characteristics of the investment site.
At this stage, GeoFlow:
-
Evaluates terrain, site constraints, and natural conditions.
-
Analyzes regional meteorological datasets (water regime, wind, solar irradiation, etc.).
-
Determines optimal installed capacity alternatives.
-
Compares technical specifications and efficiency values of the equipment to be used.
-
Conducts performance analyses of different technologies.
The goal is to identify the configuration that maximizes energy production under the most realistic technical conditions.
3. Project Management (Project Management & Site Supervision)
The success of a renewable energy investment depends on proper project management. GeoFlow Energy provides full control to the investor by continuously monitoring the project from initiation to commissioning.
Within this scope:
-
Regular on-site project inspections are conducted.
-
Ensures the investment progresses according to the planned schedule.
-
Construction and installation activities are independently monitored against technical specifications.
-
Quality of labor, materials, and equipment is continuously tracked.
-
Critical stages are thoroughly reviewed to prevent irreversible errors.
-
Regular progress reports are provided to the investor throughout the process.
-
Procurement, contract management, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT) are managed.
GeoFlow Energy operates with technical independence and prioritizes investor interests in project management, ensuring that the investment is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately.
