Erdinç Seven
Born in 1980 in Ankara, Erdinç Seven completed his technical high school education before pursuing higher education in mechanical engineering in Austria, where he also gained approximately 15 years of academic and professional experience. He holds Austrian citizenship. Erdinç Seven entered the energy sector in 2008, specializing in hydroelectric and renewable energy projects. He has acquired extensive technical experience across engineering, project development, project management, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning processes. After returning to Turkey in 2016, he served as General Manager for eight years at an internationally operating energy company, leading the company’s investment, operations, technical management, licensing, procurement, and project management processes. During this period, he developed a managerial profile capable of leading multinational teams and making strategic decisions in investment planning and field operations. To date, he has actively participated in licensing, project development, engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of more than 20 energy plants in Turkey and abroad, building a broad and multidisciplinary expertise portfolio in the sector. Through GeoFlow Energy Consulting, Erdinç Seven combines his engineering knowledge, international experience, and energy market expertise to deliver sustainable, technically sound, and investor-focused solutions in renewable energy investments.
Surveying Engineer, CEO / Co-Founder
Emrah Sarısaltıkoğlu
Born in 1983 in Tunceli, Emrah Sarısaltıkoğlu studied at Karadeniz Technical University in the Department of Surveying Engineering from 2001 to 2006, successfully completing his undergraduate education. Following his graduation, he worked as a surveying engineer and technical consultant in various construction companies, gaining extensive field experience in land surveying, expropriation, staking, planning, and site coordination. For the past 10 years, as the founder of Pusula Harita, he has led a team of 15 experts, successfully managing surveying engineering processes for energy, infrastructure, transportation, drinking water, dams, HPP/WPP/PV projects, zoning applications, geotechnical studies, and large-scale construction projects. To date, he has played an active role in over 50 energy and infrastructure projects, overseeing project design, staking, surveying, site inspection, and technical coordination, with both managerial and technical responsibilities in office and field operations. Currently, Emrah Sarısaltıkoğlu serves as a consulting surveying engineer at Pusula Enerji, contributing to the accurate and sustainable progress of renewable energy projects in design, land analysis, expropriation, zoning plans, and field implementation. By combining his technical knowledge with field experience, Emrah Sarısaltıkoğlu is one of the founding partners of GeoFlow Energy Consulting, playing a critical role in land analysis, site selection, surveying, project development, and licensing processes.
